Drum to the Beat
1-12 Visits
Our newest drumming program that combines UCLA's evidence-based social & emotional skill building curriculum along with our signature drumming playshop. Students will learn & practice: Positive behavior, Focus & Listening, Positive Risk Taking, Awareness of others, Sense of Community, Self-Esteem, Leadership & much more!
Universal Drum Playshop
1-12 Visits
Students learn all about the African Djembe and the story each one tells as they learn how to play the Djembe & multicultural rhythms along with other percussion instruments
Literacy & Drumming
1-3 Visits (Combine with Drum Playshop)
This playshop combines literature & drumming! Includes a ten minute reading of various books such as: Baby Rattlesnake, Drum Dream Girl, Safari So Good, or Hand Hands Fingers Thumb
Hearts & Arts
Rainsticks, Drums, & Drum Necklaces too!
Preschool & Elementary students create their own rainstick and/or drum or drum necklace.
All art supplies included
