Payment Policy
The FULL BALANCE of the Drum Party Package is DUE on or before the time of service.
The $35 (non-refundable) Reservation Deposit Payment is used towards the total amount due of the package. If you need to reschedule and change the date or time of the party, no additional deposit is required.
If you choose to pay the entire balance prior to the party and need to cancel, the entire balance, except the $35 deposit will be refunded back to you.
We ACCEPT: Visa, MC, Discover, PayPal, Checks, Cash, and Money Orders
How to Pay Your Balance
You may pay by check, cash, or credit card upon the day of the party. If you wish to pay ahead of time we will send you an invoice that you can pay online from.
Drum Damage Policy
Although we do not anticipate any damage done to our drums and/or other instruments, it can sometimes happen. If any damage occurs due to improper use of and/or not following the directions for handling the drums and instruments, the replacement/repair fee will be your financial responsibility to pay for any such damages and/or replacement of the musical instrument(s).
